  • Turn OFF your messages.
  • Choose either the Nature Only video or the Guided video
  • Get Comfortable (This could be in your chair with lights low; in or on your bed; walking in nature; on the floor at your shrine; in the elevator; on transit – not while driving!).
  • Take a few deep breaths.
  • Press start.
  • Close your eyes – you can watch the screen; however, giving your eyes a rest is also part of relaxing and taking a break.
  • Keep breathing slowly and deeply.
  • Leave everything else behind.
